We have been working hard over recent months to develop our new customer portal and are happy to announce that it’s now ready for use. We are currently in the process of rollout to customers and we will continue to actively develop the features, so we hope to release many new updates over the coming months.
In the current release, as well as being able to view all your EveryCity cloud servers and spin up new ones, you will also have access to admin services. So, in one place you will be able to view invoices, view and raise support tickets and manage any domains.
We’ve kept the structure simple and straightforward so that it’s easy to use and will look forward to your feedback so that we can continue to make improvements.
