Mission Critical CRM
Rapid growth since 2010 from a handful of staff to several hundred meant that PaymentSense required a range of hosting services that could provide greater performance and increased availability for their mothership CRM application. Their CRM handled all back end aspects of their Customer Relationship Management and was used throughout the business, from sales to support staff. Additional requirements made were IPSec VPN termination, SIP hosting, and storage for call data.
We combined web and application cloud instances with dedicated servers to host their Microsoft SQL Servers, along with cloud based application nodes for recording SIP VoIP calls, a Vyatta Firewall for IPSec VPN and NetApp Enterprise Storage for call data storage
